It was very humiliating to know that certain senior members of management would focus on my breasts instead of my performance on the job.

It made me feel as though I should be ashamed of the way that I looked and of my body.

When certain individuals on the management team were in town that I had reason to believe had made remarks about my figure I would use a side door to enter and exit and hide from those managers because I did not want to be subjected to more humiliation.

No woman should ever be subjected to such sexist and derogatory remarks.

I am a highly competent professional woman and I asked only to be judged on my merit.

Instead, I seemed to be judged on my looks and the size of my breasts.

That is wrong and that is why I have decided to file my case. I refuse to be a victim of the Devereux Foundation any longer.

Instead I choose to stand up for my rights and in doing so, I hope to improve the lives and working conditions of other women.
